The thematic focuses and content of the KinderKunstLabor are created and developed together with Children’s Advisory Board and children from the art ideas workshop. In contrast to a sender-receiver model, our young visitors are involved as users of the house from the very beginning. This also applies to the development of the exhibitions and the design of the spaces. Hence, children do not just visit the house, they are part of it. Children enter into a dialogue with the artists and initiate reciprocal processes. Involved on these different levels, they contribute to the character of the place and transform it: the KinderKunstLabor becomes their place.
