ReGenerativa Workshop by Hanakam & Schuller
● October 1
What happens when we look very closely? And how do images and stories change when we connect the familiar with new ideas? Together with a school class, this workshop invites participants on a journey of discovery around Hanakam & Schuller’s current two-channel film work *ESCURSIONI (Talking of Michelangelo)*. The artists create an underwater world where ecological reality meets digital imagination. Taking the work as a starting point, we explore together what we see, what we imagine, and how observations can become new images and stories.

Obituary Traude Kossatz

It is with great sadness and deep grief that we say goodbye to Traude Apel-Kossatz, who passed away on June 18. As the founder of the Lilarum Puppet Theater, she created a unique place where very young people come into contact with—or are moved by—art of the highest caliber at an early age. At a time when cultural education is often sidelined, she worked with unwavering conviction to help children realize their potential ...

Artist in Conversation: Yoko Halbwidl
● 30 and 31 July | 10:00 am–12:00 pm.
In this creative workshop, children can make their own finger puppet out of soap. First, the children sculpt their desired character out of clay, which then serves as a mold for their own soap creation. Once the clay has hardened, the mold is filled with hand-mixed, colored soap and decorated to their liking. At the end of the workshop, each child takes home their self-designed soap finger puppet as a unique keepsake to play with, give as a gift, or use.

ReGenerativa Workshop mit Hanakam & Schuller
● 1. Okt
