Jakub Szczęsny

Architect Jakub Szczęsny lives and works in Warsaw. Founded in 2016, Studio SZCZ specialises in the design of buildings, interiors, furniture, clothing, accessories, urban installations, and exhibitions.

When it came to the design wishes for the ground floor play area of the KinderKunstLabor – the Archipelago – the children from the Kunstideenwerkstatt (art ideas workshop) decided to go with the work of the architect. With his wealth of different design approaches, Szczęsny especially impressed them with his humorous spatial ideas and unusual combinations of materials.
