Aglaia Gronas

Aglaia Gronas studies sculpture at the weißensee school of art and design berlin. As an artist, she works with various media – most recently with painting on canvas, but also with clay, ceramics, stop-motion animation, and photography. Through these diverse media, she seeks to convey the complexity of migration and the experience of growing up in politically turbulent circumstances. Her art has been featured in numerous exhibitions, primarily in Berlin.

During the Opening Days of the KinderKunstLabor (June 28–30, 2024), Aglaia Gronas held the research book workshop together with Leyla Kampeter, where children had the opportunity to design and bind their own books in the library.
