Description
In three recipes, traditional cooking methods are mixed with unconventional ingredients and processing techniques. You will learn how clothes can be made from food waste and locally grown materials, for example from so-called Kombucha leather, which is created naturally during the fermentation process of Kombucha tea, which you can also try out on the side.
