Kunstideenwerkstatt
Art Ideas WorkshopPast event
Description
The Kunstideenwerkstatt (art ideas workshop) is a co-creation forum open to all children outside of school and kindergarten. Here, the children help shape the KinderKunstLabor with their wishes, concerns, themes, and ideas. In addition to the Children’s Advisory Board, the Kunstideenwerkstatt is a central forum for co-creation at the KinderKunstLabor. We highlight the following questions: How do artists work? How is an exhibition created? What does art have to do with democracy? What is a lab and what can happen there?
This time the focus is on materials and spaces. We are already preparing intensively for our next exhibition, which will open at the KinderKunstLabor on March 14. To be able to open an exhibition in the KinderKunstLabor, however, you need rooms, artists, artworks, curators and, above all, children who think together about how to hang, set up and furnish such an exhibition.
That is why we would like to build a model of our large exhibition space together with you out of cardboard and colored paper, so that we can try out and look at ideas for exhibition design with you in the future.
